Born and raised on Long Island New York (the capitol of the world for Jewish comics,) Jesse attended various Universities before being allowed to graduate from Brooklyn College in Brooklyn New York.

Jesse then worked as a New York City Police Officer in East Harlem, where his claim to fame was that he was the whitest person in the whole neighborhood. Jesse also worked at a radio station in Connecticut that had 3 listeners on a busy night, and also served as a police officer in a small Connecticut town that will remain nameless for legal reasons.

Jesse’s act focuses on his time as a police officer, the fact that he is going bald yet hairy at the same time, and his experiences with many of the inmates of the dating world.
